Hi, Iām Fay Lewin.
Introduction - Who am I
Over two decades ago, I embarked on an unexpected journey in residential investment that laid the foundation for my career in real estate. What initially started as just a job, quickly turned into a love, and later a rewarding career as a RICS Chartered Surveyor.
Over the years I have honed my skills in all areas of key commercial property and asset management, landlord and tenant disputes and investment functions. With a solid understanding of the industry and a knack for identifying potential opportunities, I take great pleasure in helping others achieve their goals.
Having worked with low and high value assets and trophy buildings, some of which include the 6 Royal Palaces, as well as high-volume business operations (portfolio of circa. 5000 properties), I am able to tailor our service to the specific needs of our clients and their tenants. This includes working with a range of commercial, industrial, and residential properties in the City, West End and across England. With a keen eye for detail and a practical but legal mind, I am able to cater to agencies, blue-chip clients, and small to medium enterprises alike.
My work has often included a range of internal and external stakeholder and change management, as well as the training and development of the teams I am managing. With this comes the feel good factor of seeing others develop and grow in their careers and seeing large projects through from inception to completion. On occasion this has involved the successful launch of an online management platform, or in another case the sourcing and implementation of a new property & asset management and accounting system. Both projects included the review and adaptation of policies and processes to reduce costs and ensure efficiency and compliance, reducing risk to the respective businesses.
Although property is large part of my life in many ways, I am blessed to be a painter and lover of the arts and to have a large family that helps to keep me grounded and focused. At the end of the day, property is a people business, so being fair and transparent in all my communication and relations will always be key.
